Immediately after the events of January 6, 2021 took place, the mainstream media and the political establishment started to use that day as a way to disparage Donald Trump’s administration, his allies, or really anyone who labeled themselves as a conservative or a Donald Trump voter. The corrupt Washington, D.C. congress-members even established a “committee” designed to propagandize the issue entirely.
Slowly, though, there’s been some weird facts coming out about the events of January 6 that certainly reframe the way one would think about the issue. The government was hiding video evidence and documentation evidence that would lead one to believe the events weren’t as serious as the “Jan 6 Committee” members were trying to suggest in their laughable hearings.
Tucker Carlson back when he was still with Fox News, for example, uncovered the fact that some videos that were being shared in the Jan 6 Committee hearings were specifically edited to hide some parts from the American people. The American people were being lied to as evidence was intentionally being hidden.

Now we know that the FBI was involved with “informants” on the ground that day, according to a new bombshell report from a government watchdog group. Multiple “informants” even entered the Capitol and participated in the events, though none of the informants were described as participating in illegal or violent activity.
FBI’s Role in Capitol Riot: Informants Present, No Undercover Agents Involved, Report Reveals
A new report from the Department of Justice’s Inspector General has shed light on the FBI’s involvement during the January 6th Capitol riot, revealing that while the FBI had more than two dozen informants in Washington, D.C. on that day, none of them were undercover agents. The findings, which were published on Thursday, provide critical details about the nature of the FBI’s operations during the chaotic events.
According to the report, the FBI had 26 confidential human sources (CHS) in Washington, D.C. during the riot, but none were involved in any direct lawbreaking activities. Of these, four entered the Capitol building, and 13 entered the restricted area surrounding it. However, none of the informants have been charged with any crimes related to the events of that day. The Justice Department’s Inspector General also clarified that nine of the informants did not enter either the Capitol or any restricted zones, and they did not engage in illegal activities.
The report also notes that before the Capitol riot, the FBI had authorized three of its informants to gather intelligence on potential domestic terrorist subjects who might attend the rally. These informants were tasked with monitoring individuals suspected of violent intentions. However, none of the authorized sources were granted permission to enter the Capitol building or the restricted zones around it, nor were they allowed to participate in illegal activities. The other 23 informants present at the event did so on their own accord, without any official authorization from the FBI.
While these informants did provide intelligence to the FBI, the report emphasizes that their contributions largely mirrored information already available to law enforcement agencies. In other words, the intelligence provided by the FBI’s informants did not uncover any “critical” details that were not already known prior to the riot. This has raised questions about the effectiveness of the FBI’s efforts to prevent the events of January 6th from escalating, and whether it could have done more to prevent the violence.
One of the more concerning findings in the report was the FBI’s lack of proactive measures to gather intelligence in the lead-up to the riot. Despite public statements made to Congress suggesting the agency had canvassed its field offices to assess the potential threat of the January 6th rally, the Inspector General report contradicted this claim. It stated that the FBI did not conduct a thorough canvassing of its field offices to gather information from informants that would have improved the agency’s understanding of the threats posed by the event. However, the report also clarified that this discrepancy was not intentional on the part of the FBI.
The findings of the Inspector General’s report offer some clarity on persistent rumors surrounding the FBI’s involvement in the Capitol riot. There have been long-standing speculations from some of former President Donald Trump’s supporters who have suggested that the FBI played a significant role in instigating the violence on January 6th. These claims have been fueled by the notion that FBI informants may have been involved in orchestrating or encouraging illegal actions. However, the report debunks this theory, reaffirming that while informants were present, they were not involved in illegal activities or playing an instigating role.
In the aftermath of the Capitol riot, the Justice Department has prosecuted over 1,500 individuals for a variety of crimes related to the events of January 6th. These individuals have been charged with offenses ranging from trespassing and disorderly conduct to more serious charges under the obstruction statute, which accuses many defendants of preventing an official proceeding from taking place. Federal prosecutors continue to pursue these cases, despite the legal challenges that have emerged in the wake of recent Supreme Court rulings.
The Supreme Court’s decision in Fischer v. U.S. earlier this year has prompted the Justice Department to reevaluate around 259 cases related to the Capitol riot, potentially altering the course of some prosecutions. These ongoing legal battles are part of a broader effort to hold those responsible for the attack on the U.S. Capitol accountable.
In related news, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced his resignation just days before President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. Wray, who was in the midst of a ten-year term as FBI director, will step down, paving the way for Trump’s pick for the role, MAGA hardliner Kash Patel. However, Patel’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation, which could prove challenging given the current composition of the Senate.
The FBI’s response to the Inspector General’s report was mixed. In a letter accompanying the report, the bureau expressed disagreement with certain aspects of the report, particularly regarding the specific steps and scope of its intelligence-gathering efforts ahead of January 6th. Despite this, the FBI acknowledged the Inspector General’s recommendations and expressed a willingness to implement potential process improvements for future events.

“… This has raised questions about the effectiveness of the FBI’s efforts to prevent the events of January 6th from escalating…”
We know better, now. Every aspect of our weaponized government did everything possible to stir up MORE VIOLENCE! It was Pelosi’s Leftist Trap to shackle Patriots with a violent image! It was a sysop to criminalize Conservatism! Even though it failed, the Dems continued to operate on Nancy’s dreams, instead of reality! We watched the videos. The same ones the Leftist Committee watched, but they determined it was “worse than 9/11!” Again, they operated on the preconceived notion that Patriots ran amok and threatened a government overthrow! Many are rotting in jail, with no hope!
The railroaded Patriots must be released, and the scurvy Committee members should take their place! Justice played no role in their incarceration.
And now it looks like LIZ CHENEY helped with this evil process!!! The TRUTH comes out eventually……it may take a while, but it does!!!
Would you trust the DOJs investigation??? I sure as hell don’t. FBI needs to be purged clear down to middle officers. The rot is deep for a once great law enforcement unit.
No. All these “internal” investigations are bureaucratic theater.
The government works FOR the governed!! This is something the “left” forgot!!
