Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, made it crystal clear: “This case carries with it the weight of fierce scientific and policy debates about the safety, efficacy, and propriety of medical treatments in an evolving field. Trump didn’t stop there—he signed an executive order in January cutting federal funding for child s*x changes, calling the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH) “junk science” and banning federal agencies from relying on its guidance. Biden’s team, of course, leaned heavily on WPATH’s standards in their court briefs, proving just how out of touch they were with the American people.

The Supreme Court’s decision is a massive boon for conservatives who’ve had enough of the Left’s relentless push to normalize these procedures for kids. Tennessee’s law, and others like it, are about protecting the innocence of children and preserving the right of parents to raise their kids without government overreach. Most Americans see through the Left’s tactics and agree that this issue has spiraled into dangerous territory. They want policies that prioritize kids’ safety, not appease a vocal minority.
