U.S. Department of Education to Investigate Transgender Issues in Schools Around the Country

The Department of Education just launched 18 investigations into schools, colleges, and state education departments across ten states. These probes target so-called “gender identity” policies that critics say trample on real women’s rights.

The Education Department revealed on Wednesday that its Office for Civil Rights is digging into complaints claiming these entities violate Title IX. That’s the landmark law that bans s*x discrimination in any federally funded education program.

At the heart of the accusations: schools letting students join sports teams based on their claimed “gender identity” instead of biological s*x. This means boys who say they’re girls can compete against actual females.

Department officials warn that such rules put women’s safety at risk and crush their shot at fair competition. Imagine a male athlete dominating a girls’ team – that’s the nightmare they’re fighting.

This crackdown comes right on the heels of Supreme Court arguments in two major cases. Those involve state bans on males, including those identifying as trans, invading female sports.

“In the same week that the Supreme Court hears oral arguments on the future of Title IX, OCR is aggressively pursuing allegations of discrimination against women and girls by entities which reportedly allow males to compete in women’s sports,” Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Kimberly Richey stated.

“Time and again, the Trump Administration has made its position clear: violations of women’s rights, dignity, and fairness are unacceptable.”

It’s no secret the Trump team has zero tolerance for this nonsense. They’ve stood firm against the left’s push to erase biological differences in the name of “inclusion.”

These investigations hit hard in liberal strongholds like California, where four entities face scrutiny. From Jurupa School District to Santa Monica College, the feds are calling them out.

Over in the Northeast, Connecticut’s Waterbury Public Schools and Maine’s Regional School Units 19 and 57 are on the list. Even Massachusetts’ Foxborough Public Schools can’t escape the spotlight.

The Aloha State isn’t immune – Hawaii’s entire State Department of Education is under the microscope for similar policies.

Out West, Nevada’s University of Reno joins the fray, while New York’s Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District and the massive New York City Department of Education brace for impact.

Pennsylvania’s Great Valley School District and Vermont’s Champlain Valley School District round out the East Coast targets.

Washington State takes a big hit with four districts in the crosshairs: Cheney Public Schools, Sultan School District No. 311, Tacoma Public Schools, and Vancouver Public Schools.

This wave of action sends a clear message: the days of woke experiments endangering women’s sports are numbered. Real Americans demand fairness on the field.

After fighting for years to get equality in sports for women to have that all thrown away because of some individuals self proclaiming to a different sex is insane. If a biological male cannot compete a the same level as other males, maybe they should find something more suitable to their abilities. this was a bipartisan change and now the democrats want to change this for political purposes.
