Last night, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris met for a debate at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was supposed to be the first of two debates, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if there’s not another one considering the train wreck the first one turned out to be.

The Harris allies are proclaiming this to be a resounding victory because most of the night was spent on Donald Trump, to be frank. In fact, the speaking time of the two wasn’t equal at all. They let Kamala Harris shrink into the shadows as much as possible, and the sad reality is this was all very intentional. Here’s where we uncover the disturbing reality about the debate last night, and it’s a problem whether you’re a Texas Republican or a California Democrat or a Pennsylvania independent.

The Plan To Corner Donald Trump

To anyone paying attention to the debate, it was blatantly obvious from early on that this was not going to be just any normal debate. There was something extremely off about the moderators and Kamala Harris all night. It’s like there was an agreement to corner the former President and never let him move on without taking some heat of sorts.

A particularly eye-opening part of the debate was when Donald Trump was asked about the 2020 election, and whether he believes he lost a fair election nearly four years ago. The debate moderators brought it up because Donald Trump recently said on an online podcast that he “lost” the 2020 election “by a whisker.” So Donald Trump responded saying, clearly, he doesn’t believe he lost a fair election in 2020. He answered ABC moderator’s question.

That’s when it got weird. Donald Trump said he made those comments in the podcast sarcastically and the ABC moderator felt the need to “fact check” even Trump saying he meant something he said on an online podcast to be sarcastic and not to be taken literally. This was an absolutely insane moment that perfectly highlights how cold and calculated the job to burn Trump as much as possible was. You can watch moment using the video player below.

The Plan To Never Fact Check Kamala Harris (Then Claim She Never Lied)

Here’s the other part of the plan: let Kamala Harris tell lies and extremely misleading statements, but let them slide. The result is one candidate being served the business and the other being given a free pass, so anyone watching who is undecided will be given the impression that the one being served the business by the moderators isn’t worth their vote.

After the debate, CNN claimed that Kamala Harris lied just one time during the debate compared to Donald Trump’s supposed thirty-three times. The irony is that this is verifiably false, but it seems the debate moderators were all on board with painting this picture from the start since they never once held Vice President Kamala Harris’s feet to the fire.

The abortion lie was particularly egregious. Again, regardless of what your opinions on abortion are, Kamala Harris did peddle a lie about abortion that was never pointed out. “Nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion. That isn’t happening; it’s insulting to the women of America,” Kamala Harris claimed.

While more rare than first and second trimester abortions, third trimester abortions do happen and are legal in states with no defined restrictions on abortion, such as Minnesota, Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Vermont, New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, and Delaware. In some of these states, you may have to prove a medical issue, but that can be as simple as claiming the baby is a drain on mental health and therefore needs to be aborted.

She also lied about the economy, and naturally was never put on the spot for her lies. Harris claimed that “Donald Trump left us the worst unemployment since the Great Depression,” which is also verifiably false.

By the end of Donald Trump’s first term in January of 2021, unemployment was at 6.4%. The nation was also right in the middle of the pandemic panic as well. In October of 2009, during Obama’s first term, unemployment peaked at more than 10%. Any fact check there? No, of course not.

What This All Means And Why Everyone Should Care

The reason this is such a huge problem is that it’s disturbing how well the establishment is able to coordinate these narrative controls to ultimately get what they want. Will plenty of Americans, like our readers, identify how shady the ABC moderators were being? Absolutely.

The issue is that plenty of average Americans who maybe don’t have time to dive into this or were just catching bits of the debate are not getting the whole picture. Michigan and Pennsylvania voters who are on the fence may be swayed by this deal with the devil ABC made with the establishment political class.

The one silver lining for Donald Trump here is that he’s still trying to make the case with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. supporters that they need to cast their ballot for him. These former RFK supporters aren’t exactly big fans of the establishment. Donald Trump and RFK locked arms to fight the corrupt political class. Maybe these undecided voters will see the horrific bias on display in the ABC debate.

But at the end of the day, the establishment won the debate and got what it wanted.
