When Kamala Harris was Attorney General of California in 2015 and 2016, Harris personally supervised the raids on homes of undercover private investigators with the suspected intention to hide incriminating evidence proving unethical and immoral Planned Parenthood behind-closed-doors operations.

David Daleiden, the founder of the non-profit organization called the Center for Medical Progress, in 2015 released a series of extremely shocking videos that seemed to show that Planned Parenthood employees were intentionally covering up crimes they were committing to sell the parts of unborn babies illegally as well as harvest the parts of unborn babies.

No doubt, abortion is a hot topic these days. Yet, anyone can watch these videos and see how truly despicable they are. Even if someone does defend abortion, they can’t defend the selling of body parts for monetary gain. That’s a step too far for almost all Americans.

In 2015 @PPFA asked @KamalaHarris to seize all the undercover videos. They knew enough about what was on the remaining tapes—

Recently, David Daleiden resurfaced these videos and raised new questions about how much Kamala Harris knew about what Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress were uncovering in 2015 and 2016. He says that, at the very least, Kamala Harris was very aware that his videos had millions of views online and were creating a nightmare for the pro-abortion Planned Parenthood. There’s even evidence she made this a state government issue and took it in her hands to raid Daleiden’s home when the local law enforcement in Los Angeles had denied any request to investigate Daleiden’s recordings.

As a result, Kamala Harris raided Daleiden’s home with eleven armed state officers and stole all of the videos that they had exposing Planned Parenthood’s seemingly sick black market of body parts of babies.

David Daleiden alleges that he is the first person to be charged with violating a novel California “eavesdropping/recording law.” And, as he notes in his online thread resurfacing this issue, he is still facing legal consequences for this more than eight years later now. In 2019, Daleiden was ordered to pay more than $500,000 in “damages” and nearly a million dollars to Planned Parenthood in punitive damages for the incriminating videos.

In 2020, David Daleiden filed a lawsuit against Kamala Harris and the state of California saying that they’ve violated his constitutional civil rights by using the California “justice system” as a weapon to target individuals “selectively.” They argue there’s a clear political bias because of the nature of Daleiden’s work to expose Planned Parenthood.

“This complaint seeks justice for a brazen, unprecedented, and ongoing conspiracy to selectively use California’s video recording laws as a political weapon to silence disfavored speech,” the 2020 lawsuit reads, which was filed on behalf of Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress.

“David Daleiden became the first journalist ever to be criminally prosecuted under California’s recording law, not because of the method of video recording he utilized in his investigation—which is common in investigative journalism in this state—but because his investigation revealed and he published ‘shocking’ content that California’s Attorney General and the private party co-conspirators wanted to cover up,” the lawsuit filing adds.

In a press release after the filing of the 2020 lawsuit, the Center for Medical Progress alleged that Harris likely targeted Daleiden to drum up support from the far-Left for an upcoming U.S. Senate race that she would eventually win in the fall of 2016.

“While running for U.S. Senate, Harris had a secret in-person meeting with Planned Parenthood executives in Los Angeles, including witnesses in her investigation, to discuss issues in the investigation as part of Planned Parenthood’s political agenda in California. Two weeks later, Daleiden’s home was raided by the California Department of Justice,” a press release reads,” the Center for Medical Progress said of Kamala Harris.

When Kamala Harris was elected and inaugurated as the U.S. Senator from California, Kamala Harris hired Lily Adams as one of her top office aides. Lily Adams is the daughter of the former President of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards. At the time, the Kamala Harris office denied any longterm quid-pro-quo relationship with Planned Parenthood officials.

Daleiden currently faces a tentative trial date set in December with the San Francisco Superior Court. In the case, he still faces more financial liability and even prison time from the eight felony charges he’s been charged with by the state of California.
