Rashida Tlaib Caught Spending Lavish Amount of Money for Limo Service

In the heart of America’s working-class struggles, where everyday folks grind away just to make ends meet, it’s always a slap in the face when politicians preach one thing and live another. Enter Rep. Rashida Tlaib, the Michigan Democrat and proud member of the so-called “Squad,” who’s been caught splashing campaign cash on the kind of luxury that most Americans can only dream about. Her Federal Election Commission filings, examined by Fox News Digital, reveal a whopping $36,717 funneled to a high-end limo service over the past year.

This isn’t just pocket change—it’s a pattern of indulgence that sticks out like a sore thumb. From October 2024 through September 2025, Tlaib’s campaign doled out dozens of payments to Aline Luxury Limo Services, a outfit tucked away in the Detroit suburbs. These weren’t your average Uber rides; they were billed as “travel” and “transportation” expenses.

Dig into the numbers, and it gets even more eyebrow-raising. Individual payouts ranged from a modest $118.80 up to a hefty $1,326, with plenty hitting the $600 and $700 marks. That’s the kind of money that could feed a family for weeks or cover a month’s rent for someone scraping by.

Aline Luxury Limo Services keeps a low profile—no flashy public info out there—but a quick peek at history ties it to DTW Chauffeured Rides, registered at the same web address. An old archived website for that company boasted about being a “limousine service company providing luxury transportation for more than a decade,” per the Wayback Machine.

They bragged about a “range of vehicles, from classic limousines to modern sedans and SUVs,” and promised to be “committed to providing an upscale experience at an affordable price.”

Tlaib has built her brand on being a progressive fighter. She’s loud and clear on blasting wealth gaps and income disparities that crush ordinary Americans underfoot.

But actions speak louder than words, and this limo spree clashes hard with her record. Just last month, she teamed up with Sen. Bernie Sanders to push the “Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act,” aiming to slap down what they call runaway corporate greed.

In their joint statement, they declared the bill is meant to “take on corporate greed and rein in the obscene salaries of America’s top executives.” It’s all about hitting the fat cats where it hurts, or so they say.

Tlaib didn’t hold back, slamming CEOs for making “290 times more than their average worker” and insisting that “working people are sick and tired of corporate greed.”

She went on: “It’s disgraceful that corporations continue to rake in record profits by exploiting the labor of their workers.” Then, doubling down, “I’m proud to reintroduce the Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act with Senator Bernie Sanders to address the massive income and wealth inequality in our nation. It’s time to make the rich pay their fair share.”

Flash back to the passage of a major bill backed by President Donald Trump, and Tlaib was all fire and brimstone, calling it “an act of violence against our communities” right in the thick of what she sees as crushing inequality.

She hammered home the point in a statement: “At a time of extreme income and wealth inequality, while 60% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, this budget is absolutely devastating for the working families we represent.”

Tlaib tore into Republicans for “literally taking food out of the mouths of hungry kids by cutting billions of dollars in nutrition assistance.” She pointed fingers at those same lawmakers who “claim that we don’t have the money to feed hungry children or make sure people in our communities have the health care they need have no problem voting to send an additional $150 billion to weapons manufacturers and endless war and $170 billion to masked agents terrorizing our communities and illegally disappearing our neighbors for profit.”

Wrapping it up with a punch, she added: “Every member who voted to pass this disastrous budget betrayed the people they represent to serve the rich and powerful and deserves to be voted out of office.”

So, while Tlaib demands the wealthy cough up more and blasts policies that favor the elite, her own campaign is cruising in style. It’s the classic hypocrisy that fuels distrust in Washington—politicians living large on donor dollars while telling the rest of us to tighten our belts.

Do you consider Rashida Tlaib a hypocrite for spending money on a limo service while speaking out against wealth inequality? As always, give us your thoughts by commenting down below!
