Tim Walz Put On Blast By His Own Constituents For Being Bad For Minnesota Small Business

When running for Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz leaned heavy into the far-Left progressive policies that continue to dominate the modern Democrat Party in America. He followed through on these extreme policy positions too, like passing legislation to put tampons in the public school bathrooms for little boys.

Now that he’s running for Vice President on the Kamala Harris ticket, he’s trying to rebrand himself as just a common Minnestoa rural guy. Oh ignore all of the extreme positions he’s taken as a governor, just accept that he’s a moderate who will fight for “all Americans.” That’s what he wants you to believe, but the truth isn’t so easily hidden.

The citizens of Minnesota are raising concerns that Walz and Harris will be bad for America because they’ve already seen the devastating impact a Walz administration in Minnesota has had on their livelihoods. The most common criticism of Walz? He’s bad for small business.

One business owner in Mountain Lake Minnesota, Cheryl, spoke with reporters at Fox News and said that she believes Walz is actually “against small business”, saying he’s made it more difficult to run a small business and more costly than ever before.

“Our business has totally been affected by Walz. Since Walz has been in, it’s kind of been a nightmare,” Cheryl shared with reporters about her opinion on Walz’s economic policy impacts on Minnesota small business. “It just appears that he’s really against small businesses,” she added.

Another small business and restaurant owner from Minnesota, Betty, said that she struggles with the new regulations that tell her how she’s supposed to handle paid time off rather deciding what works for her business without government intervention.

“I appreciate my employees and I love my employees. And so I don’t want to take it away from them. But what I’m saying is it’s my right, it’s my small business, and I should be able to come up with my plan and reward them instead for when they’re showing up for work and when they’re working,” Betty lamented with reporters. “And so, I just feel like he’s created a policy for my business when it’s not workable for me,” she added.

The examples of small business owners who feel left behind by the Minnesota Walz administration goes on and on. One small business contractor, Joe, said that the pandemic panic policies of the Walz administration specifically prevented him from being able to get the business contracts he needs to make money and stay afloat.

“The biggest thing was the shutdowns. The construction trade was seen as an essential business, so I guess I wasn’t shut down, but because it really affected my work, because people I know weren’t able to afford to hire me to do stuff,” Tim shared.

Joe, in particular, took issue with the lies that Walz has told to sell himself as someone he isn’t. “How can we have somebody who is going to lie about literally anything, whether it’s his military service or how he handles the riots, closing down small businesses and allowing big box stores to stay open,” Joe said to criticize Tim Walz. “How can you have that in the White House?” he asked.

The Proof Is In The Electoral Map’s Pudding

All you have to do is look at how Tim Walz has won his gubernatorial elections in Minnesota to see why so many suburban and rural Americans believe Tim Walz is bad for the majority of Americans who don’t live in big cities and kowtow to modern cultural trends.

Tim Walz effectively only had to win the Twin Cities region of Minnesota and call it an election. His opponents carried a vast majority of the districts in the state, but because he won the big city populations that are always extremely Democrat-leaning, he doesn’t even have to worry about reaching out to rural and suburban Americans throughout the rest of the state.

Tim Walz is going to cater to his voting base. That’s why his policies will benefit the big business in the city regions where he enjoys the most overwhelming support for future elections. As some of the small business owners asked, why would he be trusted to be any different in a Presidential administration next to Kamala Harris?

I lived in Minnesota for 6 years. Everyone outside of the Cities absolutely despises Walz. Him trying to pass himself off as a hunter is laughable. A couple of photo ops holding a shotgun during bird duck hunting season doesn’t make you a hunter. He’s a pariah with the rural population of the State, which encompasses about 98% of land area. It’s only the rich liberals and the Somali Muslim immigrant population in the Cities that got him elected. He acted like an absolute dictator during the pandemic.
