Trump admin hit with lawsuit from this radical Leftist

In a fiery segment on MS NOW’s All In this past Thursday, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, a Democrat, unloaded on the Trump administration’s bold immigration enforcement push. He painted it as some kind of rights-stripping nightmare, claiming the city is buried under lawsuits from folks who say their constitutional protections got trampled.

Host Chris Hayes jumped in, highlighting the supposed chaos in the city. “There’s an enormous amount of damage and havoc to your city. There’s two people who are dead,” Hayes said, setting a dramatic tone.

Then he pressed Frey: “What does accountability look like?” It was a loaded question, aimed at stirring up more anti-Trump sentiment on the left-leaning network.

Frey didn’t hold back, insisting that real accountability has to flow through the courts. “Accountability needs to come through the justice system that we have in place. We have preemptive lawsuits that have been filed, response of lawsuits that have been filed, lawsuits that have been filed on behalf of the hundreds, if not thousands of people that have had their constitutional rights stripped away from them,” he declared.

He kept going, stressing the need for justice for those he claims were wronged. “And so, yes, of course, we want to see accountability in our city for the people who have been harmed,” Frey added, sounding like a crusader for the underdog.

But Frey’s vision goes beyond just his backyard. He warned that Minneapolis shouldn’t become a blueprint for other cities facing what he calls an “extraordinary invasion.”

“And importantly, we don’t want Minneapolis just to be a stop along the route to the next location that has this extraordinary invasion that comes into their city and damages the economy, hurts the morale and the public welfare,” he said, framing the enforcement as some economic wrecking ball.

Frey wrapped up with a patriotic flourish, vowing to halt future actions. “And so, you know, it’s it’s my goal. It’s our goal right now, to say that Minneapolis stopped this from happening again. We stood up for the endurance of our republic,” he proclaimed.

This whole rant smells like classic Democrat deflection. Trump’s surge was about securing borders and upholding laws that liberal mayors like Frey have ignored for years, letting chaos spill into American streets.

Instead of owning up to sanctuary city policies that attract trouble, Frey’s out here filing lawsuits to block federal agents from doing their jobs. It’s the same old story: Dems cry foul when consequences catch up.

Think about it—two people dead amid the havoc? That’s tragic, but who’s really to blame? Enforcement doesn’t create crime; lax borders and soft-on-crime attitudes do. Trump’s team stepped in to clean up the mess Frey’s crowd helped create.

These lawsuits? They’re just roadblocks thrown up by blue-city bureaucrats to shield illegal activities. Hundreds or thousands claiming rights violations? Sounds inflated, like they’re padding numbers to make headlines.

Frey talks big about protecting the economy and morale. But what’s damaging Minneapolis more: tough immigration raids or the endless flow of unchecked migrants straining resources and public safety?

His goal to “stop this from happening again” is code for keeping America open and vulnerable. Real patriots know standing up for the republic means enforcing borders, not suing to weaken them.

In the end, this MS NOW spot shows the divide: elites like Hayes and Frey versus everyday Americans tired of footing the bill for failed policies. Trump’s approach put America first—something Frey can’t stomach.
